We’ve partnered with Central District Alliance to bring you Calm in Clerkenwell – a three-month programme of free wellbeing activities.
These events take place in the early morning to provide a moment of calm in the beautiful surroundings of the Chapter Hall.
Qi Gong is a Chinese practice of meditation through slow-faceing movements and breath work. Jennie Chan will guide you through this ancient form of exercise.
Please bring your own yoga mat, waterbottle and a blanket. Please arrive from 07:45.
