In October 2015 the Museum embarked on the collaborative Bearers of the Cross project, led by the University of Birmingham and funded by the AHRC, to research and document the Museum’s medieval collections.  In early 2017 an online database of these items will be available, and this is your opportunity to see some of the stars of the show first hand, and learn a bit more about the new findings of the project team.
